We met at one of Eric Ries's Incorruptible events in NYC. Thanks for scanning — here's a little more about what I'm building.
NICER
NICER is a luxury earthborn bodycare company handcrafted in small batches near Park City. Every product is formulated from the landscape where it's made: ancient Jurassic sea salts, beeswax from local hives, botanicals from the high desert. We call this principle Locus. As NICER expands to new chapters, the science stays constant; the ingredients evolve with the land.
We hold ourselves to three rules:
- 3 to 9 ingredients per product, each peer-reviewed and doing essential work
- The precautionary principle: if science can't establish safety, the ingredient doesn't go in
- Built place by place — Park City is chapter one
Incorruptible
Eric Ries asked me to test whether his new book Incorruptible could work as a founder's guide before publication. NICER became the proof of concept: a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation with the full architecture Eric recommends, implemented before launch.
