Subscriptions
Some NICER products are available as subscriptions, so your favorites arrive on a schedule that works for you. When you subscribe, you choose the delivery frequency, and your payment method is stored securely and charged for each delivery.
Changing or canceling: You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no questions. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly. Changes take effect before your next scheduled delivery.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for products that are not yet available — typically during new batch production or limited-edition releases. If you place a pre-order, we may collect partial or no payment at checkout and charge the full or remaining amount when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship.
Canceling a pre-order: You can cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.
