Our Approach
At NICER, fewer ingredients means nothing is hidden — and we apply that same principle to how we handle your personal information. We collect only what we need, we're transparent about how we use it, and we never sell your data to anyone. This Privacy Policy describes how NICER (feelnicer.com, the "Site" or "we") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
What We Collect and Why
Information You Provide
When you make a purchase, create an account, or contact us, we collect information you give us directly.
Order information: Name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. We use this to fulfill your order, process payment, arrange shipping, send order confirmations, and communicate with you about your purchase.
Customer support information: Name and email address, plus any details you share when you reach out to us at hello@feelnicer.com. We use this solely to help you.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
Device and browsing information: Web browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie data, pages viewed, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. We use this to ensure the Site works properly and to understand how visitors use it so we can improve your experience.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect biometric data, geolocation data beyond what your IP address provides, or any sensitive personal information such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, or political opinions. We collect what we need to serve you well and nothing more.
How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Shopify powers our online store and processes transactions. You can read more about how Shopify handles your data at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Site. You can read more about Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We may also share your information when required to comply with applicable laws, respond to a subpoena or lawful request, or protect our rights.
Advertising and Analytics
We may use your information to provide relevant marketing communications. You can opt out of targeted advertising through the following:
Google: google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
Network Advertising Initiative: networkadvertising.org/choices
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit the Site. We use them to keep the Site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site.
Essential Cookies
These are required for the Site to work properly, including navigation, shopping cart, checkout, and customer login functions. They cannot be disabled without affecting Site functionality.
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand traffic patterns, landing pages, and referral sources so we can improve the Site. They include Shopify's built-in analytics tools.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings — typically found in your browser's "Tools" or "Preferences" menu. Blocking cookies may affect your experience on the Site. For more information, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Data Retention
When you place an order, we retain your personal information for our records to support order history, customer service, and legal compliance — unless you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, contact us at hello@feelnicer.com.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@feelnicer.com and we will promptly delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. We respect these rights regardless of which law provides them.
For All Customers
You may contact us at any time to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your information
- Request a portable copy of your data
Email hello@feelnicer.com and we will respond within 30 days.
European Economic Area (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the EEA, we process your personal information under the following lawful bases: your consent, performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights.
Your personal information is initially processed in Ireland by Shopify and then transferred to Canada and the United States for storage and further processing. For more information, see Shopify's GDPR documentation.
You have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making. We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or significant effect on you. Shopify uses limited automated fraud detection, including temporary denylists for IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions and credit cards associated with those IP addresses.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to opt out of the sale of your personal information (which we do not sell), and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by contacting us at hello@feelnicer.com.
Other U.S. States
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their data. Contact us at hello@feelnicer.com to exercise any of these rights.
Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do not currently alter our data collection practices when we detect such a signal.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
