Free Shipping

Every NICER order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no thresholds — it's included because we believe the experience should feel effortless from the moment you place your order.


How We Ship

Every order is personally packed and shipped from our studio in Salt Lake City, Utah — the same place where each product is handcrafted. We use USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 2–3 business days depending on your location.

Because we're a small-batch operation, your order is handled with the same attention we bring to formulating the products themselves. That means careful packaging to protect glass containers, and a real person making sure everything is right before it goes out the door.


Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. During periods of high demand or after a new batch release, processing may take an additional day or two. If there's ever a delay beyond that, we'll reach out to you directly.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in NICER products, reach out to us at hello@feelnicer.com — we're happy to explore options for getting an order to you.


Packaging

We take the same less-is-more approach to packaging that we take to our formulations. We prioritize recycled and recyclable materials, minimize waste, and protect your products for transit without excess. Glass containers are packed carefully to arrive safely.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@feelnicer.com and we'll make it right — whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a full refund. You shouldn't have to worry about what happens between our studio and your door.
