When you choose NICER, you're choosing products held to the same standard we hold for our own family. Every formulation is peer-reviewed, every ingredient is proven safe and effective, and every batch is handcrafted with intention. We stand behind all of it.

If any NICER product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right. It's that simple.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to experience what scientifically validated bodycare can do. We're confident in our formulations — but we also know that skin and hair chemistry is personal.

To start a return:

Email us at hello@feelnicer.com with your order number and let us know what isn't working. We'll take care of the rest, including a prepaid return label.

That's it. No hoops, no hassle.


Quality Promise

Damaged or defective product: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us immediately at hello@feelnicer.com. We'll replace it at no charge and investigate to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Wrong item shipped: We handcraft every order with care, but mistakes happen. We'll expedite the correct product and send a prepaid label for the return.


Adverse Reactions

If you experience any adverse reaction to a NICER product, contact us immediately at hello@feelnicer.com — regardless of when you purchased it or how much you've used. Your safety is our highest priority, and no policy limitation applies. We want to hear from you so we can investigate and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get your perfect NICER product is to return the original and place a new order. This ensures you receive the freshest possible product from our small-batch production.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return — typically within 2–3 business days — we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, though your bank may require additional time.


Items We Cannot Accept

In accordance with health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products purchased more than 60 days ago
  • Gift cards (though unused gift cards never expire)
